Use of data  

Data generated within the Eururalis project is available for use in projects and studies by third parties. Requests for use of Eururalis data can be directed at Eururalis staff via . Incoming requests will then be directed further to the responsible administrator depending on the requested data. You will be contacted about data formats and conditions.

The use of data imply agreement with the following general conditions:

  1. The use and further development of the Eururalis modeling framework should be done in a collaborative way with the Eururalis consortium. Future developments should be communicated and made accessible to other members of the Eururalis consortium. This implies that the responsible researchers that use results based on data of Eururalis, send a copy of any published paper or report dealing with Eururalis to dr Hans van Meijl, International Policy Division, LEI (Agricultural Economics Research Institute) - part of Wageningen UR, P.O.   2. In any publication or project where the Eururalis framework is mentioned reference should be made that the model is based on the Eururalis framework. Reference should be made to one or more of the Eururalis core publications:

  3. If publications are submitted based on work with significant contributions of Eururalis data, the leading author is requested to have Eururalis staff members as co-authors of the paper. In case of doubt, the Eururalis staff should always be consulted via .
  4. The Eururalis consortium is never responsible for any damage by direct or indirect use of the Eururalis results.
  5. The Eururalis consortium does not provide technical support for the models and data. For questions or problems related to the data and the core models of the Eururalis modelling framework, a consultancy by someone of the Eururalis consortium can be arranged.
